More Information
Global Relay provides enterprise message archiving and monitoring services to customers worldwide via the Internet. Global Relay specializes in Enterprise and Compliance email and instant messaging (IM) compliance solutions and is able to ensure that your email and instant messages are properly preserved, managed and protected on a daily basis and in the event of a disaster.

Global Relay's core email archiving and monitoring compliance technology is enterprise-class, operating in a Unix-based environment.

Where most archiving and monitoring systems are based solely on database technology, Global Relay's system infrastructure is based on a hybrid database/search engine core (similar to Google), which enables it to achieve unsurpassed search, retrieval and monitoring speed capabilities. A typical online search is less than three seconds. This translates into unsurpassed productivity while conducting search, retrieval and monitoring activities.

As a result of this search engine technology the systems are able to index thousands of gigabytes of data with no performance issues.

All data archived with Global Relay is encrypted with a double encryption algorithm system using NSA and RSA encryption keys ensuring the highest level of data security available today.

For MS Exchange, the archiving systems are able to support customers where multiple domains are captured in single stores.

Email is now the most prevalent form of business communication, accounting for 65% of all correspondence. Email volumes and average message size grow by 42% and 22% per year, respectively. Email, together with IM, are simple to create, handy to use, and easy to send. However, by relying solely on today's backup procedures (or worse, no procedures), data and financial loss are inevitable.
