Under Exchange you will find all the information we currently have on email services. There are three different sections for the easy breakdown of this area. All Outlook information will be found under outlook. If it is a question about how to do something, this information can also be found under the “How To” section.

The next area is SharePoint. This is also just like Exchange. You have your Initial Set-Up and then How To questions.

Mobile Devices is broken up into three different categories. iPhone, BlackBerry, and ActiveSync. If your phone is not a BlackBerry or iPhone, look in the ActiveSync folder.

Internet security is under Postini. This includes Antivirus, Anti Spam and malware information in general.

Under Archiving are articles pertaining to Archiving and Compliance or using our optional Global Relay product. If you are wondering about archiving your exchange email address, look under Exchange.

Many common Billing issues are covered here including updating credit card information, reporting billing issues, privacy, and so forth.
