If you need more resources or Mailboxes, and you do not know how to do this. Follow the steps below.

 
1. Log into your company control panel with the main credentials at https://cp.abomail.com/
2. Select Billing at the top 3. Under Upgrade Wizard select Buy Additional Resources 
4. Select Plan (example: 10 User Plan) 
5. On the far right side for resource select upgrade or downgrade
6. Select number of additional resources
7. Select Next
8. Place order
