If you need to allow users access to email you or you need to block users, read this to learn how.

If you need to block or grant users from emailing you,

1.    Go to login.postini.com

2.    Use the same credentials as for outlook (Example: Full email address and normal password)

3.    Click on My Settings

4.    Select the Approve Senders option or Block Senders option

5.    Enter the E-mail address desired

This is called White Listing and Black Listing.

The limit on each list, approved and blocked, is 4000 characters. You can consolidate your lists by just having the domain

name and not every individual person. Also, remove old contacts you no longer need to get through. We can not increase

the number of characters, this is a hard-set number.
