 How To Paste Pictures In Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Summary

This article will explain how to enable the ability to past images in the body of messages created in OWA.

More Information

1.  Log in at mail.abomail.com and go to the top right and click OPTIONS.

2.  Along the left side click E-MAIL SECURITY.

3.  There will be a hyperlink for THE OUTLOOK WEB ACCESS S/MIME CONTROLS.

4.  Follow the prompts to allow this installation.

5.  There will be options that drop down from the top of the web page to run an add-on.  Allow these add-ons to run.

6.  Once you create a new message select the Add a digital signature option which will have an icon with an envelope and red guy on it.

7.  Find the picture you want on your computer and simply select the file, right click, and select copy.

8.  Click anywhere in the body of the message and do CTRL+V and release.  This is the key combination to paste and you should now have a picture in the body of your message.

NOTE: THIS ONLY FUNCTIONS WITH INTERNET EXPLORER
